Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Mimba Contract Farm Contract Farming Platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our contract farming services and platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Mimba Contract Farm is operated by Mimba Contract Farm, a company registered in Malaysia, providing contract farming services for livestock management, particularly focusing on sheep and goat farming.

This agreement covers the following services:

• Professional livestock management and care
• Regular health monitoring and veterinary care
• Feeding and nutrition management
• Breeding and reproduction management (where applicable)
• Regular progress reports and updates
• Access to the Mimba Contract Farm platform for monitoring

Initial Payment

Full package payment is required upon order confirmation. Payment must be completed within 24 hours of order placement to secure your livestock allocation.

Recurring Payments (Add-ons)

If you have selected add-on services with recurring payments:

• → Monthly payments will be automatically generated
• → Payment reminders will be sent 15, 7, and 1 day before the due date
• → Late payments may incur additional charges

Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the specific terms of your package. Generally, refunds are not available once livestock has been allocated and care has commenced. Please contact our support team for specific refund inquiries.

Mimba Contract Farm maintains professional standards in livestock management:

Customers have access to comprehensive reporting and monitoring features:

• Dashboard Access: Real-time access to your livestock information through the Mimba Contract Farm platform
• Regular Reports: Periodic reports on livestock health, growth, and overall status
• Photo Updates: Visual documentation of your livestock (frequency depends on package)
• Notifications: Email alerts for important updates and payment reminders

Force Majeure

Mimba Contract Farm shall not be liable for any failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, disease outbreaks, government regulations, or other acts of God.

Livestock Mortality

While Mimba Contract Farm takes all reasonable precautions to ensure livestock health and safety, mortality can occur due to natural causes, disease, or unforeseen circumstances. Insurance coverage (where included in the package) will apply according to policy terms.

Limitation of Liability

Mimba Contract Farm's total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the specific package. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

By Customer

Customers may request early termination by providing 30 days written notice. Early termination fees may apply, and refunds will be calculated based on the remaining contract period and actual costs incurred.

By Mimba Contract Farm

Mimba Contract Farm reserves the right to terminate this agreement if:

• × Customer fails to make payments within 30 days of the due date
• × Customer breaches any material term of this agreement
• × Customer provides false or misleading information

Upon Termination

Upon termination, all outstanding payments become immediately due. Customers will receive a final report on their livestock, and arrangements will be made for livestock transfer or sale according to the agreement terms.

In the event of any dispute arising from this agreement:

1. 1 Informal Resolution: Parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations.
2. 2 Mediation: If informal resolution fails, parties agree to mediation before pursuing legal action.
3. 3 Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia, and parties submit to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
